Fixes a longstanding bug with armor degradation.

Very small and simple mod, fixes a longstanding bug where the amount of damage your armor takes is based off your total DR, not the DR from your actual armor. This means that taking Med-X and/or the toughness perk will speed up how quickly your armor breaks.

This mod fixes that using a script, a simple math formula, and a function to override the game setting.

Feel free to include in any F3 bug fixing mods your little hearts desire. Also feel free to fix it in NV at an engine level cause lord knows we aren't getting it for Fallout 3.
