One major gripe I've always had was how dull the power armors looked in Fallout 3. There's no sheen to their surfaces at all. They almost looked like plastic, which really disappointed me. Well, my mod will remediate that to some extent. It's not dramatic, but you'll notice the difference. Armors will now reflect properly against any light source, especially the sun. The Winterized T-51b is sadly NOT affected by my mod, since it's completely white. Adding reflections to white surfaces don't look right in Fallout 3. Ashur's armor has a similar problem, but I did add a cubemap to its textures, with the latest update of my mod. It's a very rusty armor, so this was the only way to add some reflections.
INSTALLATION: This is really simple. Install "All Outfits 2k FO3" first and then simply install mine, using your choice of mod manager. There's nothing more to it.
REGARDING TITANS OF THE NEW EAST: This may work with TOTNE, since All Outfits 2k FO3 and TTW (and my mod by extension) only affects textures, but I haven't done any testing yet. Feel free to try and see what happens.
