I always thought Nuka Cola Quantum was a bit boring and pretty useless... especially for myself, since I almost never use VATS in my modded playthroughs. So I came up with this.
Instead of giving you AP, NC Quantum now temporarily increases each of your SPECIAL stats (Strength, Perception, Endurance, Charisma, Agility and Luck) by 1 point for a brief period of time. (10 minutes, or twice the amount of time as a typical alcohol effect.)
If this feels too powerful, rest assured that I've tripled the amount of rads you soak up. In my game this means from 9 to 27.
Also you'll take 10 points of damage on consumption. Soft drinks are BAD for you, even when they're not radioactive! (Seriously... even IRL you shouldn't be drinking this godawful poison, and it should probably be illegal to sell it to children.)
