Animated Hanging dolls
U see em, hanging from the trees, subtley swaying just remind you that they are their. depending on the version you pick you can get reminded more, but it depends on the playstyle - enjoy - mod has no requirments and is espless- plug and play with TTW - happy modding . Massive thanks to the mod developer Lollia for consistently encourging me to get around to making this mod. Think it was a 3 year project of theirs. but here it is.
Manual installation
The mod files are setup so that the "data/" folder is the root. so just drag and drop that into the folder containing your fallout 3 executable and then activate the ESP in "data files", archive invalidate, and the modification should be in your game
Mod manager installation
The mod files are structured correctly, so you are good to install with your mod manager.
Compatibility
Will work with every mod.
