Another fairly straightforward Upscale and touch up of the vanilla textures for the Citadel set. I have gone through each texture manually and remade parts that did not scale well and then redid normal maps to match. Hopefully it looks fairly consistent. Rubble piles are included as well and these are used all around the wasteland.
