FO3 SimpleCompanionScript
The script enables the switching of AI packages via message box.
It works for two NPCs at the same time.
The FO3SimpleCommandScript is used on a BaseEffect, which in turn is used on an Chem (like a Stimpak, RadX etc.)
The other two scripts are used for the NPCs and cause the weapon to be equipped in sync with the player.
