Fixes certain Brotherhood-aligned turrets failing to turn hostile against the player due to bad faction assignment.

Permissions and credits
Certain Brotherhood turrets, for some reason, are included in the FollowerFaction that is used only by Dogmeat. Being in this faction prevents them from turning hostile against the player if the Brotherhood turns hostile toward you (example: the turrets outside the Citadel won't care about you attacking the patrolling Brotherhood guys around there). This mod fixes this.
For the sake of consistency, the two ceiling turrets near the ladder to the Citadel inside the Taft Tunnel are also fixed in the unlikely case you make the Brotherhood mad while down there.
