Use the bsa extractor from Fallout mod manager to get the nif file or you will have a red triangle.

Get Melenia's Carbine Texture https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/39431
Extract these files (Only the 1st line is mandatory since I added sounds and you can use Melenia's Texture.
