Changelogs
Version 1.1
Music wasn't playing, so removed the sound and made it the room's music instead. (Why the original author made the room have no music with it being a placed sound in the first place instead of just making it the room's music is beyond me.)
Version 1.0
Original Release
In the MZC mod, there is one part where there is a nice Elder Scrolls cameo reference where a malfunctioning portal transports you to that universe for a few seconds. Unfortunately, because Skyrim wouldn't come out for another year, the reference is to Oblivion instead, warping you to a cave overlooking the white-gold tower with the Oblivion theme playing in the background. That pissed me off, so while screwing around in the geck, I decided to do an update. I replaced the white-gold tower backdrop with a Skyrim shot and replaced the music with the Skyrim theme. It took a bit of work to figure out how to get it to play, but it turns out I just needed to reduce the file to 16-bit. Manual installation only, just move the data folder into your main Fallout 3 folder (which for me is C:\Program Files x86\GOG Galaxy\Games\Fallout 3\) and say yes to all when asked if you want to overwrite.
