This Mod Adds A Functional Player Home Just North Of Vault 101. It Has It's Own Map Marker, Functional Bed, Workstation, & Terminal!

Radical Player Home
This mod adds a manhole north of Vault 101 that leads you into a personal-home bunker!
You can find the key outside the house right closest to the bunker. If you need help, there's a screenshot posted showing you where it is!
Installation
- Very easy to do, Extract the .zip file.
- Then drop it in the `DATA` folder for Fallout 3

- Removes, and changes a lot of the "cringy" terminal notes.

- Removes the enormous amount of caps spreaded around the shack
- Changed the name of a few things so everything isn't just RADICAL, RADICAL THIS
- Fixed the key from being pretty much unobtainable unless you use TCL
- Removed and fixed a lot of different things
v4.5 FINAL
- Added a shelf with collectable decorations
- Removed revolver on top of the safe that was unobtainable
- Set all ownership of containers to the player
- Made player own the bed (so you can now get "well rested")
- Replaced prewar couch to a more fitting postwar couch
- Replaced the three prewar lockers with a postwar locker
- Added a rug by the front door, and under the new bathroom
- Fixed small holes that led to the void in the floor
- Added a bathroom in the corner
- Darkened some of the light so it isn't too bright
- Added fog FX
- Removed the absurd amount of caps located in the locked safe
- Added "What's New" terminal note
