An internal production test unit of military combat armor. Higher-ups deemed this piece too unnecessary for what it was worth, but maybe you can find some use for it all these years later.
This mod canonically adds a unique set of retextured and souped up combat armor to a very uneventful place in the Capital Wasteland. I made it because I like to wear combat armor ingame, but there weren't many good options for unique sets... until now.
If you encounter any bugs, which I bet you will due to my lack of experience, let me know.

This armor adds +25 to carry weight, +10 to fire resistance, and +10 to poison resistance along with boosted durability and damage resistance

To the fine people at Cambridge Polymer Labs,
What the hell were you thinking? Our guys just crunched the numbers regarding
budgeting for this latest internal production test unit you sent, and we
found out it would eat up our entire requisition budget just to arm one
squad with this new fangled armor. Do you think we're made of money
here? This is ridicules.
I personally don't think we need the best most new-age antibacterial composite plating, nor do we need the
unnecessarily complex heat repelling lining woven throughout. We're
bracing for a potential invasion some where up north for god sake. I
think heat is the last thing the troops want repelled.
Take your ass and your ugly orange body armor back to the lab, and try again.
We're not paying for the unit. And if this damn piece of junk leaves
these walls, I'm gonna kill someone. This is an embarrassment to the
entire United States military.
P.S. The pockets are way too big. They look stupid. Fix that too.
