Sometimes I just don't wanna expose my dog to the possibility of death and dismemberment. When those times roll around, I fire him, and I am dismayed to see that I have to tell him "You heard me. Get outta here." every goddamn time.
I also do not like him hanging around outside 101, exposed and lonely.
To this end, I've made tiny alterations to his Fired and FiredYes text (see screenshot) and moved his wait marker to the player house in Megaton.
When firing him, text now reads "... Wait for me at home." instead of "... Wait for me back at Vault 101", and when confirming, text now reads "I'll come see you soon, okay?" instead of "You heard me. Get outta here."
Donation point distribution set to 100% Wildlife Conservation Society for the further promotion of Being Nice to Wild Dogs.
It's really tiny and of use to maybe a handful of people who can't stomach fictional meanness to a creature that can't comprehend language. To those people: happy to be of service!
UPDATE: New version added with marker moved to Tenpenny Tower player suite. Install only one of the two at a time!
