This mod aims to freshen up fallout 3 and make it look nicer without changing the original feel of the game. I hope you enjoy!

This mod contains .ini changes and has a reshade. all you have to do though is you drag and drop the contents in the folders. (make sure you don't put the folder itself in the game folder.)
