I've cleaned the mod and fixed the 7 deleted navmeshes. I have played through the mod using this ESP with no issues.
You must download the original mod and install the original mod first: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/20504/?tab=description
You can then simply copy/paste this ESP over the top, or use a mod manager to install this ESP file AFTER the original mod.
All feedback, kudos, endorsements, credit, etc. should go to the original mod author. They did the work, I simply fixed a few issues to enjoy that work. Thank you to Sinuev2 for a wonderful mod. I will remove this upload upon the original author request or if the author incorporates this fixed ESP into their mod.
