THIS MOD REQUIRES ALL OFFICIAL DLCs

This Mod re spawns all Bethesda Content thus it is dependent on all the DLC ESMs to work properly. Game will crash with out all the DLC ESMs present and active. Broken Steel DLC enables the level 100 ability of the mod.

IF YOU LOAD THIS INTO AN ALREADY ACTIVE GAME, GO INDOORS AND WAIT AT MINIMUM 3 DAYS TO GET NEW CONTENT TO SPAWN.

This mod uses only official Bethesda content. All the DLCs are also edited for the lvl 100 Container/ NPC/Creature re spawn edits.  All NPC/Creatures re spawn at higher than lvl 30 levels.

This is a simple ESP mod. Install to the Data folder and activate via your preferred mod manager or use the game options feature from the launcher.

This mod is designed to be used in conjunction with an Increased spawns mod such as the Marts Monster Mod feature. Also recommend a powerful weapons mod. Neither is necessary but you will really be burning through ammo and doing constant weapon repairs regardless as the levels progress. With just the vanilla game you should start seeing the higher level enemies starting around lvl 12 to 15.

What I have done is increased the health per level of enemy NPC/Creatures . In the GECK when you increase a units level it automatically raises health. I took  into consideration armor and weapons. For example Missile and Napalm Incinerator units lvl up to 75.  The majority of Melee units lvl to 50 and 60. Gun units up to 90.  Robots range from 75 to 90 top level. Creatures are mixed but all level past 30. Most advanced levels start at level 20 and then every 15 to 20 levels after that. But the game doesn't really level at a set rate. You can be level 20 and start seeing lvl 40 units.

The spawns will be mixed. You will have lower level cannon fodder spawning with higher level units. The game determines what will spawn where and when.

Your vanilla guns will remain the same so it will require much more ammo and lots of weapon repairs for mobs.

I have greatly expanded the armor and weapons repair lists for specifically that purpose while still trying to maintain a realistic repair list. Energy repairs energy, Guns repair guns etc. I have also increased Vendor stimpack inventory. The increased carry weight and vendor caps is for the increased loot that will be available especially if you are using an increased spawns mod.

In game you will be able to see the lvl of the enemy you are targeting when you mouse over or use VATS.

There is a dumpster outside the Megaton gate close to where the water beggar sits that is for safe player storage.

The mod is compatible with any other mod unless of course it is another re spawn type mod.  The mod has been cleaned and I play tested with my test character at lvl 25. The game was spawning level 45 enemies at that time. I did tweak a few NPC/Creature stats at lvl 50 and up. plus 1 tweaks to perception, luck, attack damage. Luck increases the chance of a critical hit. The reason for that is your health will also be increasing. Its just to keep some challenge in the game. At that level you probably wouldn't even notice the tweaks if I didn't mention it here.

The mod has only one minor conflict with Broken Steel "Vicious Dogs". Its a non issue. My dogs spawn instead of their dogs and mine are meaner.

I decided against modding weapons because it would be incompatible with most weapon mods. I would have to have permission from the owner of a mod to make the necessary edits  to their work. When you use a mod that adds a scope, clip etc, it doesn't actually "add" the item. It replaces the entire weapon with a new one. You have to edit each individual template for that weapon. You also need the mesh and textures resources which I do not have.

So in closing, Be advised that at the higher levels just with the vanilla game you can be overwhelmed simply because the enemies have higher lvls/ health now.
