Dave is a companion currently homeless in megaton he can be found in front of Craterside supply.
He can also be found outside of springvale if you have blown up megaton - file name is nomegaton
Dave is from North Eastern Pennsylvania, he has about 50 lines of dialogue talking about his back story.
Pointlook out is required for his shotgun.
