If you used the Nexus installer you just need
to make sure the add-on is enabled.If you
chose to manually install the mod, move the
esp file to your Fallout 3 data folder. Should
be somthing like this if you are using Steam:


...\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\
Fallout 3 goty\Data


If you are not using Steam it is something
similar for other installations.

there was a rumor spread of a weapon that
could change everything. It was said to be
invaluable, and that it could be compared to
the work of Oppenheimer. No one really knew
where it was or even what it was, just that it
a feat of technology. There were even rumors
of research being done on the "Mysterious
Weapon" at Big Mountain in California.
This could mean a change in the tides of war!
Maybe there was hope. Maybe the Red Dawn
was to be nothing more than a story for
children...
