Do you want that Sheriff duster, but you can't stand killing or pickpocketing? This is for you!

Exactly what it says in the title
If you are playing a good character that doesn't want Lucas Sims's death, or doesn't want to pickpocket the outfit from him, now you can have the sheriff duster and hat by obtaining the Megaton's House. I placed both items in the 2nd floor, just aside of the stairs
I made this mod for personal use, but I wanted to share it in case anyone of you could want this.
