Now also provides Unique Clothing textures. (Over 120 total textures!)

Version 4.0 adds clothing to the Enclave Scientist, Talon Company Snipers and Special, Regulators, Scavengers, Super Mutant Captives and Pre-War Clothing leveled lists. Also contains suitcase in megaton home with everyithing in it.
