About this mod
This is a fix for the glowing water when using an enb, it all so makes water transparent so you can see what is at the bottom. You should be able to use it without an enb if you just want the transparent water.

Install Instructions
Nut Water Overhaul is a soft requirement, I had the texture installed while I made this plugin, I don't see why you wouldn't want to use this, it's a Fallout 4 water texture that was ported to New Vegas.
Nut Water Overhaul
Main File- Nut Water Overhaul
Download this with a manual download, then drag it into your mod manager and on the FOMOD select yes, I have an enb, that will only install the wastelandwaterpotomac.dds
Download and install my file.
Then go here and make sure your settings in your ini files look like these.
C:\Users\*Your Name*\Documents\My Games\Fallout3
