This mod will simply change the "Wasteland Wanderer Outfit" texture. (Sorry if the texture in game is low quality, i tried.)

I have just made the male version, enjoy!

Installation Instructions:

Extract the .zip file and place both of the files in your Data folder. If you don't know how to, on steam click on the gear icon right to the play button and then click properties, go to local files then click the Browse... button, In the game files, you will see the Data folder, open it and paste both of the files into said Data folder.
