Adds the weapon to Raider and Talon equipment and gives it custom sound.

This esp adds the clean and silenced guns to Talon leveled lists, and both dirty and silenced dirty versions to Raiders. I also made the unsilenced pistols use custom sound from Fallout 3 Gun Sounds by thedamned.
