Mod adds to the vastness of the reservoirs left over from the Potomac River, boats, with which you can speed up movement on the map !!! I am also for the atmosphere, but I still think that running through the whole of DC on foot is not always wise if you can use the technique !!! Everything is implemented simply - you cannot sail on boats ((You need to go to the steering wheel and activate it like a door))
