skip to 26 seconds in the video for a time lapse, the first 26 seconds is just me showing how it might look during regular play. now it just looks like I am wasting time lol.
Update 2021-11-14 added an optional main file which animates just a seconds hand
Mod explanation- just an edit I worked on for a few days as someone requested it, the animation lasts for around 12 minutes and will repeat when over, just an asset replacer so no esp/plugin is used. this mod contains the texture and mesh so just install and archive invalidate and you are good to go.
this isn't linked with in game time, when you load your game the asset will start then, or whenever the asset is first called, I guess after all these years the clocks no longer kept the correct time.
