This mod is a quick fix for Blackhall Manor's AWFUL hand rails located in the upper library.
Only makes changes to the interior cell of Blackhall Manor.

This is my first mod for fallout 3 - or indeed, any game. For me learning to use the GECK finally outweighed waiting years for a fix.
Blackhall Manor is/was my favourite location in Point Lookout for a player home/base, maybe in all of Fallout 3.
The original Blackhall Manor had an absolutely awful bannister/handrail that overhung the ceiling and exposing the 'see through' underneath. Not only this, but the railings had their corners missing or were aligned poorly. This mod fixes the rail, making Blackhall Manor's Library feel somewhat finished.
Requires the Point Lookout DLC, changes the interior cell of Blackhall Manor so may conflict with mods changing the interior cell.
Compatible with "Blackhall Manor Player House" by Rednaolrac
