Description
The way this game was made, the Devs just banged pots and pans together for the gunfire sound effects. I like the improvising and it works well enough but if you would like better immersion in your game, Fallout 3 Gunfire will deliver you an enhanced combat simulation by replacing these sound effects with actual firearm sounds, which have been incorporated to the appropriate weapons in-game. NPC gunfire sound effects as well, have been replaced with all new 3D-dynamic sounds. It was a top priority to allow no sound to be ear-bleedingly loud, nor on the other hand, to be too quiet. Fallout 3 Gunfire adds new Reload, Jam, and Dry Fire Sound effects for the most common weapons and more will be added. These sound effects, same as the gunfire sound effects, are all recorded samples of real firearms that have been matched up accordingly in-game per weapon and timed to perfection.
