About this mod

This is the start of a city mod. It has been tested with multiple mods and is ready to use. As of this moment it only changes one section of the zone but I think you will be pleasently surprised.
The new Facility upgrade has been uploaded. It isn't 100% complete but it is functional and acts as a base for my future changes. This file is to be used in conjunction with my existing files.
I am in the process of adding more vendors, a water purifier etc etc.. please be patient if you are following this mod. i would love some advice on what people would like to see :)
