Description
Having both Sydney Follower and UUF3P caused two issues:
This patch fixes both.
Install
Extract and replace Sydney Follower - Load Order Fix.esp, or install with a mod manager.

Bonus Explanation
Sydney's weapon didn't actually disappear, but it seemed to because she had no ammo for it. UUF3P changes the ammo of her (non-playable) SMG to 5.56mm so that—alongside a special 5.56mm ammo added to her inventory—she has infinite ammo for her default weapon, like all followers. Sydney Follower changes her inventory, however, thus she doesn't have that ammo and can't use her gun. I modified her script to add the ammo, avoiding NPC edits since that would override mods that change her appearance.
The other issue was caused by the Goodies file, when placed after the main mod's .esp (flagged ESM), it removed a condition added by Sydney Follower, causing her to sandbox when she shouldn't. I added it back.
