This is a small player home located in the basement of a new building in Springvale, at the Red Rocket gas station.

At the Red Rocket gas station in Springvale, you will find a new building with something hidden inside. Underneath you will find a small player home built in it's basement. It's not too large as I didn't want to go over the top with it, but you will find a lot of storage options inside.
