Changes the cursor color to a Fallout 4 style green without changing the crosshair or Vault Boy icons.

I tried out kingcajete's FO4 Colored Cursor and Crosshair and really liked the cursor color, but decided I preferred the vanilla crosshair. I could not find another mod on Nexus that changed the color of the cursor without changing the crosshair or some other UI element, so I made one using GIMP. I thought others might be looking for something like this as well.
For the full FO4 Green effect, you will need to change your PipBoy, HUD and menu colors as well.
For PipBoy and HUD Color: Kingcajete included great instructions on how to do this in his mod page. I will partially include them below, but check out his page for a fuller explanation.
"1. Open C:\Users\Username\Documents\My Games\Fallout3\FalloutPrefs.ini
2. Find the lines below and change them so they look like this:
[Interface]
uPipboyColor=32178432
uHUDColor=32178432"
For Main Menu Color:
I recommend HUD Color Sliders (FOSE) by lStewieAl. This feature is integrated into LStewieAL's Tweaks. I have a screen shot of my slider settings included above.
COMPATIBILITY
This mod is incompatible with anything that changes the cursor, crosshair, or Vault Boy icons.
Should be compatible with DarnUI, MTUI, and Vanilla UI+ (I use Vanilla UI+).

INSTALLATION
With Vortex, download, install, and enable. For manual install, extract this file to your data folder and hit "yes" when asked if you want to overwrite.
NOTE
In the screenshots, I am also using Adjustable HUD (aHUD) by Gopher.
