A simple alternative to sprint mods. Increases player's running speed when out of combat. Having your weapon drawn or a crippled leg causes the speed boost to end.

Version v1.0
Mod Released.
Introduction: This is a port of the New Vegas version of Marathoner I made a few moths ago. There are plenty of mods out there that add sprinting mechanics and the like to the game. I tried some of them but I always felt like I didn't want to use the AP I might need for a fight on just running around. So, I made this mod. This is a small mod that adds a movement speed bonus of 25% to the PC if out of combat. Having your weapon drawn or legs crippled ends the effect. The intention is to make those errant boy or messenger quest more bearable while also helping with exploration on the overworld, and backtracking through interiors faster. All while keeping combat unchanged.
Requirements: Vanilla game, no DLC or plugin needed.
Installation: Extract the files contents on your Data folder in the Fallout 3 directory and enable the ESP file before launch.
Uninstalling: Disable the ESP file and delete it if you want.
