-Fallout Script Extender(FOSE)
-Command Extender(FOSE Plugin)
[Description]
this Mod enables to "Freeze Time" ability for player character.
Mod functions are can activated by pressing "X" Key.
on default, Freeze time ability is requires least 10 points of Action Point.
and if AP is depleted, requires 3 seconds of cooldown.
if you want to Unlimited usage, open console and enter command: "set aaPFisTimeFreezeUnlimitedUse to 1"
console command is not case-sensitive.
