This is a player shelter I built using the resource provided by AmaccurzerO on his mod Open bus with a flickering sign and animated foldable doors.
The shelter is located in the Red Rocket station in Springvale.

To install, use any mod manager or drop the content of the rar file on your Data folder and activate the ProperBusA.esp on the game launcher.

- A cozy open bus that works as a shelter
- Plenty of storage to keep your loot safe
- A campfire with chairs, coffee pot and coffee mugs to chill with your friends
- A little workshop with almost every component used on custom weapons (nothing game breaker though)
- An outhouse for those times when the Mirelurk Cakes turn to be bad for your stomach
