Due to the War in Europe, Canada was annexed in 2072 without firing a single shot, yet...
The occupation under the Americans was brutal and the Canadians pleaded the United Kingdom to help, so the British government made a non aggression pact with China in 2073 and send a secret Brigade to the Anchorage Front to fight along side with the Peoples Army.
The Brigade was made out of many people, radical Labour party members, straight up communist misfits which had no place in the UK anymore, but also Canadian volunteers who made out 50% of the fighting forces.
The Brigade was completely destroyed at the Battle of Juneau in 2074
They closely work together with Canadian partisans to sabotage oil lines, but after the War was lost many of those Soldiers ended up in prison Camps and never saw the United Kingdom ever again.
