Installed ok. Maybe a bit of stutter. Music was playing and dancers were nicely dancing - though just in vanilla grimy wasteland underwear, not sexy gear (which could be intentional given the wastelander customers). I liked the guard outside. And I liked the bar layout too, but it seemed twice as crowded as in the preview pic. And rather than just sit and drink or watch the dancers, within a few seconds 7 of the customers ran into the tiny restroom in the corner and then just stood there. I dunno, maybe my player character has really bad BO...
I can see the potential for roleplaying types. If you can figure out how to do it I'd suggest adding the functional RZW Slot Machine, which doesn't have it's own nexus page any more but can be found as a standalone option on the Moriarty's Saloon enhanced mod files page.
Why raid it? I don't see much point using up a mod slot to add a vendor resource in order just to sack the place. As for music, you could either add a radio or jukebox maybe via console commands, or here's a portable camp mod that has two different portable radios, one of which I'm guessing you could just leave at the bar: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/2356
EDIT - I see the mod has been updated to add music now anyway.
That's because you're trying to use a Fallout 3 mod on New Vegas. TTW is an FNV mod. You need to convert it first. They have instructions on their forum.

Bob didn't have the key to his empty fridge or the safe.
Door behind the bar was inaccessible.
