RD's FO3 Advantage Version 4 is a replacement for "FO3 Starter Kit", "FO3 Kit for Beginners" and "Beginners Kit". Delete all previous versions.
Inside your vault 101 bedroom, when Amata wakes you up, you will a BB gun and ammo for it. This can help you fight off the Rad Roaches you encounter on your way to the Overseers office.
Once you have made your way out of the Vault and found Megaton, find your future home in town. By the front door there will be some containers which hold everything you need to get started.
