Enclave Officer is of course one of the many officers of the enclave, he may have no group to command but he is the last officer around and he is willing to led you a hand, his really motives are unknown but what is known is he wants something to do since the enclave is paper thin, you can find him at the springvale school parking lot and he like the others comes with basic commands, Follow, Trade, Bye, Wait. and has a Plasma Rifle to help aid you.
