Better Light Outcast Base adds alot of fire barrels to admit the fort Independence in light, making it more easy to see and look around, when i came across the fort in the middle of the night after killing my fair share of raiders at the fair-fax ruins i came across the fort and the one thing that stood out was how i couldn't even see anything and to be honest i didn't even know there was a basement door under the bridge it was that dark.
