a more badass looking Menu for Fallout 3, with various Power Armor artwork and some other images i like
also changes the main menu theme to be a metal remix of the Original Fallout 3 one. and adds a new Main Title (if you get v3)
and i also used this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/19917 as a base for this. so you may see some photos from it.
and finally. the UI is NOT included. that can be downloaded below
