About this mod
Before this fix, some mod (found out it was the institute mod) modified the slide animation and only the main menu screen would show up when loading. This mod reverts the loading screen slide animation back to the original vanilla one in case some other mod messed with it and broke the slides.

Or my auto BSA Batch Extractor/Packer to either extract or pack multiple BSAs (though since BSAs have like a 2GB size limit it is not possible to merge all your BSAs into a single one, unless they are less than 2GB when merged)
Just extract the ZIP file and manually drag and drop the meshes folder to your \Fallout3\Data\ directory. Windows will ask you if you want to merge the folder, click yes to all and if it asks if you want to replace a file, click yes again to revert back to the vanilla slide animation.
I haven't tried installing this with a mod manager but if it asks you to replace any files just click yes to all.
All this mod does is it re-applies the original slide animation back to the vanilla one. Apparently the institute mod has a broken loadinganim01.nif file in its BSA, I figured this out since I keep my mods organized and after a bit of searching found out it was caused by that mod, the institute mod basically added a modified version of the slide animation for some reason, and this modified version broke the slide animation (at least for me it did) and would constantly only display the main menu screen when loading anywhere.
How I found this fix was actually pretty simple, through trial and error I extracted the original vanilla Fallout - Meshes.bsa and since I had all my modded meshes conviniently packed in BSA files, I had nothing in my meshes folder, except for a single Terminal folder. All I had to do was move all the original meshes into the meshes folder, except for the Terminal one. And load up my game to see if the problem was resolved. And it was :D !!! So then I started deleting groups of the original meshes folders until the loading screen broke again and after a little more undeleting and deleting, I found out that the main culprit was this .nif file:
data\meshes\interface\loading\loadinganim01.nif
So all I did was place the original file back and my loading screens work now :D
If this fix helped you then don't forget to hit that "endorsement" and leave a"star"
btw yes I know I misspelled "Nifskope" as "Nifskipe" in the image, oops

This isn't really that important to me, nor do I care much about this mod.
You're free to mess with and make your own versions of this mod, as well as share/upload it.
Just don't break any laws/copyright infringements like reuploading others people work or what not
I'm not sure what else there is for me to say or mention, so happy modding I guess :D
