-V1.0: Double tap detection: changed detection timer. 0.25sec to 0.2sec.

Double tap W, A, S, D to use Blink Teleport.
this ability consumes 40 points of AP.
Not recommended to use at interior.
Use item "[Blink Teleport - Configuration]" to change teleport range, AP Cost and Mod toggle.(item is automatically added to player inventory)
