intial entry
Increases NPC miss chance slightly, but not excessively. Very simple. They will fire near you but might miss your exact location. Stats should still come into play, affects only NPC. Probably affects companion/followers, although they tend to have relatively high accuracy anyway. Realism mod in my opinion.
