I originally made this mod because of how easy creatures are to kill with damage overhaul mods, any mod that adds new limb damage values or increases weapon damage(Which imo are a necessity in a bullet spongey game like Fallout 3) will make creatures far too easy.
Plan to release alongside my own damage rebalance mod "Deadly combat", (RWD is too extreme for me.)

That said, I think it works fine in any game and is a lore friendly addition. Giving the creatures in the wasteland the presence that the world and lore suggests they have, instead of most of them being pushovers that never pose a real threat.

No longer are mutants weaker than wastelanders, no longer are vicious dogs no more vicious than a mole rat, no longer are yao guai a minor annoyance, no longer are broken steel creatures lame bullet sponges that do no more damage than the regular variants.

Everything from damage, health, speed, and rad damage has been buffed in each creature, depending on their role.(Broken Steel creatures have had minor nerfs to HP bloat that were replaced with buffs to speed and damage, as well they appear at much more reasonable levels)
This mod does several things:
1. Increases the durability, speed, and damage of most creatures, while keeping their balance and relative difficulty the same.
2. Modifying leveled lists so deadlier creatures appear sooner. (All creatures of the wasteland should be appearing by levels between 12 and 16.)
3. Increasing radiation and poison damage
4. Balancing the broken steel creatures to be less bullet spongey.

All creatures, including those in the DLC, have been rebalanced.
None are overpowered, but all are more deadly.

If you use mods that edit leveled lists(Such as Mart's Mutant Mod) you should load it after this mod.
It should be compatible with most mods, but if not, just load the mod you think might not be compatible after this one.

Added an optional file that morphs the skeletons of super mutant behemoth to make them look less goofy.
