My first mod for Fallout 3, this is a small and simple player home located at the newly accessible Room 1B at the Homestead Motel. This is a mod for the tired Lone Wanderers who've got too much stuff, and don't want to travel back to the Capital Wasteland. It's small, tidy, and cozy, featuring a small kitchen and table to eat at, a fully stocked liquor cabinet, multiple storage containers, a bed and wardrobe, a sink, first aid kit, and even a workbench!
There’s also a sentimental memorial to the Lone Wanderer’s mother.
Any feedback you may have is welcome, and please tell me about any bugs or issues, so I can fix them!
How to Install:
Extract all files from the archive to the same folder where Fallout3.esm is located, then enable the .esp in your mod manager.
