While like the idea for additional shelters, and based on pictures they are just fine - simply not lore friendly/ realist. Hardly real when near a metro there is a family-like/ personal use underground shelter, while acces it from a public space.
Awesome mod! I love interior locations mods. It's weird this one isn't more known.
My only gripe is the unlocked shelters should have less food ( it has been 200 years), otherwise it's excellent on all levels. Only experienced a few graphical glitches.

Been using this for over a year and it really is one of my can't play without mods. I started a new game without this mod and had to put it back in my LO when I got to GNR. It gives a player many options for shelter now, instead of having to go back home or find a safe bed.
Well I reinstalled The GECK and fixed TheGun so now it fires properly and has been renamed That Gun. Read the backstory regarding the loot. Seriously, food does not play a major part in the game, it is things like stimpacks and fresh water that makes a difference. So all the food is a pain in the but to carry, hence why it is there. The shelters don't have much in the way of weapons, and lots in the way of food, as expected of a fallout shelter.

I love the idea of Pulowski as actual shelters nice unique mod I wish someone would do the same for the fallout 4 Pulowski instead of making them as teleports.
I played with this mod for almost a month and it has potential, but the delivery is flawed. Couple suggestions: - consider placing more raiders in shelters, especially in bigger ones should be half a dozen raiders and generally more shelters should have enemies ]:-> - make a few more with friendly occupants, in those taking their stuff should result in a loss of karma - personally I found amount of food in them to be excessive, maybe only 2-3 should be without occupants and unlooted - the same is about the meds stored in First Aid Kit, always way too much Rad-X, Rad Away and especially Stimpaks, as with food less is better - for diversity add one that caved in, one filled with leaking water, one with giant ants that made a tunnel here, one infested with radroaches that ate everything etc, diversity is the key word here, I found existing Pulowski shelters same and boring
"Delivery is flawed", you mean much like your post here? If you explore all of the shelters you will find 2 that are caved in, and 2 that are filled with water. A few have children's toys, and some have people living in them. As part of the back story; "Most were restocked and locked up by the military or their owners after the war due to fears of ongoing conflict."
That said, I do intend to add more diversity in the future, but I am working on the very large Housing 101 mod which is taking up my time.
