Removes the delay while sleeping or waiting. Simple FOSE plugin (no perfomance hit).
Comes with optional file to instead only decrease the delay by 70%.

Installation
Use Mod Organizer 2/Nexus Mod Manager/FOMM, or manually extract the .zip file into your Fallout 3 'Data' folder.
