      Fallout 3 uses a filter for these screens and New Vegas doesn't, so when you load these in TTW (which is New Vegas with Fallout 3 modded in) you're seeing the bare unaltered textures.

      Hmmm, current plan is to tackle 1 loading screen per day from now on. Might take a while, but I'm on it :)

   I was hesitant to install this because I still like the low-res version (reminds me of an old CRT monitor) but this menu looks amazing! It's still got all of the effects and distortion but it's HD (:
