My problem is just the opposite of some other posts. Without the armor, the male body looks normal. BUT with these equipped, I get overlapping body parts on the men. Don't know what I'm doing wrong since other armors work on the male.

I'm....not really understanding how to make this work.

I'm using the Type 6 female body, and every time I try to wear one of the outfits, it just makes my character's entire body from the neck down disappear or it displays a massive red exclamation point.

I went to the NV version of the mod, downloaded it, put the .bsa file into the Data folder, then put everything from the FO3 version of the mod into the Data folder as well.

I then used Mod Organizer 2 to install the NV archive, then again to install the FO3 archive. Still getting no textures.

Are these just not able to be used with the Type 6 body? I read in the NV section that Type 6 should work fine.

Exclamation points mean missing meshes. I'm guessing from the photos that these outfits are for the vanilla bodies, so it's probably blocking the mesh files for your T6M body. I'm no expert, but T6M outfits have the body mesh assigned to them.

I've had the same issue with invisible outfits.

To solve it, download BSAOpt (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/247/) and use it to unpack the file "1nivVSLArmors.bsa".
Once done, delete "1nivVSLArmors.bsa" and install the unpacked "meshes" and "textures" folders instead.

Apparently our games can't recognize the bsa files from New Vegas mods. We have to convert them into loose files.

PS : Sorry for my english.

You need to download the New Vegas version and manually install the meshes and textures from that mod into Fallout 3's meshes and texture folders. If you don't do that the game tries to find a mesh that doesn't exist and uses the red ! thing you're seeing

Very good port!   Somehow I managed to make it work correctly, however I noticed most armors (if not all) have a DR of 0  which is kind of a bummer especially when playing with FWE, because the amount of damage you take is so high that running around "naked" is not an option.

I'm not sure if is a characteristic of the .esp or if it's conflicting with another mod, but I wanted to point that out. Though, if I had the time I would try to add the correct values through using GECK

Anyway, thank you for making this

For some reason when I equip something it just makes my game crash, it's a shame, they look pretty cool. Will have to stay only with Scavanger Armors mod

Do NPC use those outfits too, or they are only for the player?

As olivii said below you must unpack the .bsa file and place the loose files in their appropriate Data folders for it to work. Also, I noticed the stats are different than the FNV version. The motorcycle helmet doesn't have the +5 to sneak, instead it adds perk to melee damage. That's a bummer. The clothes and accessories do look good though.
