First of all I'd like to give props to the author of Enhanced Weather - Rain and Snow for using incredibly realistic and dynamic assets.

1. Description

Enhanced Thunder Sounds for Enhanced Weather - Rain and Snow & Dynamic Weather is merely a reworked, equalized and made-better-ized group of audio files for the outdoor thunder effects for Enhanced Weather - Rain and Snow.

The 60-100 hz range has been boosted a little for that extra heavy deep thunder "thwopbooooooshhhh" sound. They have also been normalized.

*NOTE: THESE REPLACEMENT FILES ALTER THE VOLUME OF SOME OF THE 8 FILES, BUT THEY ARE NOT TOO LOUD, AND NOT TOO FAR OFF FROM THE ORIGINALS*

2. Compatibility / Known issues
=========================================
There should not be any compatibility issues unless you are running a different weather mod than Enhanced Weather - Rain and Snow or Dynamic Weather (or any other mods that utilize their assets and.)

If you are using the smaller file size / less cpu intensive version of the sounds this will still work, as the file names are the same. As for the file size for the thunder sounds I wouldn't worry too much, as they are far in between and short in duration.

*IF YOU DO EXPERIENCE ANY PROBLEMS, MAKE SURE YOU SEE THE NOTE IN SECTION 3.*


3. Installation / Uninstallation
=========================================
Installation:

Unzip thunder.rar

Go to fallout 3/data/sound/fx/mieimod/different weathers/ambient/

Copy "thunder" in to replace the existing thunder folder.

That's it, but see note.

*NOTE, IF YOU JUST WANT TO SEE IF IT'S FOR YOU THEN MAKE SURE YOU MAKE A BACKUP OF YOUR /fx/mieimod/ FOLDER AND SAVE IT ELSEWHERE JUST IN CASE, OTHERWISE YOU'D HAVE TO REDOWNLOAD THE ENHANCED WEATHER MOD AND FIND THE OLD FX. IF YOU LIVE ON THE EDGE THEN DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT, BUT I WONT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OLD FILES BEING LOST.*

This mod may work for Dynamic Weather. Another user mentioned that the assets for Dynamic Weather are the same. I haven't tested this personally but if anyone tests this please let me know and I'll edit the name of the mod on here so that everyone can know this.
EDIT: Thanks to Jacqueslws and Cephaler for letting me know about the Dynamic Weather compatibility.

I don't know if it's my own setup that's doing this or if it is Enhanced Weather - Rain and Snow's deal but I get a click of sound after waiting, but either way that little sound shouldn't be because of this mod in particular, as these are only audio edits.
