In ~ 10s after you loaded you last save, you will receive a book.
To use it, just drop it on the ground then activate it.
Each option is exclusive (will cancel the previous one).

Instead of increasing the amount of XP between levels by modifying all sorts of game engine settings (as other mods did), the XP points gained will be reduced (depending on your option) by 10/20/30/40/50 percent.
In this way, you will not gain extra levels (to compensate the levels lost due to game settings modifications), if you uninstall the mod.
For floating XP numbers, the XP will be rounded up by the engine.
Ex: A Super mutant Brute killing normally grants you 25 XP (if you play on normal). Having chosen 30% XP reduction will grant you 18 XP (17.5 rounded up).
All the experience gained will be reduced - quests, killing, hacking, discovering new locations, etc.
You can cancel your modification anytime you want, anywhere you want, if you have the book with you. The experience gained will return to vanilla system.

Note:
IF you intend to take the perk "Here and now", you HAVE TO cancel any modification made, otherwise the XP granted will be reduced according to your option and you will not gain the extra level.

Le nom du livre "A moyen plus facile de diminuer l'expérience acquise" c'est-à-dire (lire) "Un moyen plus facile de diminuer l'expérience acquise".
J'ai utilisé la lettre "A" au lieu de "Un" pour que votre livre soit mis en tête de vos jouets. Oui, je le sais, "Un" ce n'est pas une lettre de l'alphabet.
